I’m Dorothy a founder and CEO of Tic Tac Daycare. I came to NYC from Poland where I received my master degree in Business Management from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
My job is my passion, and I am able to say that I enjoy what I do, when it comes to my adventure with teaching it began in New York in the early 2000’s when I decided that I wanted to work with children. My dream came true and I was able to open my first classroom in 2006.
I am a local mom of my two children, and as I parent I know how important it is to find a place where kids can feel safe and comfortable in being themselves. I believe every parent should have a peace of mind that your child will have a chance to grow emotionally, intellectually, and physically.
In my free time I love to spend time with my family, travel around the world, and explore my kitchen while I’m cooking with my two little helpers.
Ms. Anna joined our Tic Tac Daycare family in 2012. She started at the Orange Room in the infant classroom, eventually she moved to Green Room where she continued teaching our preschoolers. Ms. Anna put so much love, effort, and passion into her work that with some time she became our Tic Tac Director, everyday she helps our students, their parents, and teachers to have the best possible experience. Ms. Anna received her Master Degree in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College. She loves teaching and when you are unable to find her she is probably teaching her “kids” some new and interesting things. She is very invested when it comes to her students and always wants to meet their individual needs. She always puts so much pride in her teaching, and tries her best to help her students learn and grow. Ms. Anna loves books and she owns a quiet collection of novels. When she is able to find some free time Ms. Anna loves literature and she is always reading some new interesting books.
Ms. Gosia was born in Poland where she began her teaching career. She got her bachelor degree from Lublin University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska, and for 8 years she worked as a preschool teacher. Ms. Gosia moved to NYC and began working for Tic Tac daycare in 2013 as a co-teacher of Pink Room, her love for the kids and patience gave her opportunity to become a manager of the Tic Tac Family. In her free time Ms. Gosia enjoys exploring music, arts, and crafts. Everyday she brings her love of art to her classroom. Her classes are always very creative and colorful, and she is the only person who is able to transform her classroom into a different and beautiful place.
Ms. Beata began her teaching career in Poland with preschool age children. In 1993 she moved to NYC with her husband, however she never let go of her dream of working with kids.
In 2017 Ms.Beata became a part of our Tic Tac Family, since than she is been a big part of our preschool classroom on Court Str.
In Poland Ms. Beata finished music school, so everyday she is able to make her children sing, dance, and have fun with it. She is also very creative when it comes art, making sure our kids can show their personality through their work.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family, she is known for being a fun and creative mom as well as grandma.
